Standard Blackjack

There are many tables where you can play standard blackjack. Take a look at the blackjack lobby, to see tables with free seats.

Once you've selected a table with a free seat, you can select the seat you wish to play at.

Once players have made their bets, the game starts. Each player will be dealt two cards, including the dealer who will get one open card and one facedown card.

You can find the rules of each table, which include information about when the dealer stands, which betting options are possible, and which payouts you can expect in the help section of the table.

In standard blackjack the dealer stands at 17 points. You have the option of Doubling Down after initial cards have been dealt, but you cannot Double Down after splitting.

You can Split your initial hand if both cards are of the same value.

If the dealer has an Ace as the upcard you will get the option to take out insurance, which pays 2:1 if the dealer has a blackjack. The standard blackjack pays 3:2.

Once all players have been dealt their cards, each player individually, beginning from right to left will play against the dealer, and they can Hit or Stand. After every player has made their decision, the dealer will reveal their facedown card, and continue playing. The dealer will always stand at 17 points.

Bet Behind options

Many of Evolution's blackjack tables allow players to Bet Behind. You can place a bet on the hand of another player without taking a seat at the table.

While you can't make decisions regarding the hand, such as Split, hit or Stand, you are able to take out the Insurance bet if available, or Doubling Down the bet.

There is also a Hot Players badge indicating the player with the longest winning streak, and the number displayed on the badge shows the number of rounds won in row.

Speed Blackjack

Speed blackjack follows the same rules of standard blackjack, but the game phase of players getting cards dealt after the initial two cards is different.

In this game, the dealer will not ask each player individually, they will all be asked at the same time to Hit, Split or Double Down. The player that Hits first will get the next card dealt.

This makes the game faster, and a little more thrilling, and is best suited for players who prefer a fast-paced blackjack game.

VIP Blackjack Tables

Evolution Gaming offers many blackjack tables to their VIP players. Stakes at these tables are much higher and range from €5 to €250 starting bets.

Infinite Blackjack

Infinite Blackjack is a game where players don't take a seat at the table for their own set of cards, instead an unlimited number of players can participate, and they all will play with the same cards dealt.

You can chose from the main bet, and four side bets. Once players have made their choices, the initial two cards are dealt to the player and dealer. You can then make your decisions.

A Pair is automatically split, but if you wish to only play with one hand, then the other is disregarded for you, but not for other players who opted to play both.

Free Bet Blackjack

The Free Bet Blackjack variant is an Infinite Blackjack game in which an unlimited number of players can participate, and they all share the cards dealt.

What makes this variant interesting is that players get a free Double Down option on hard 9, 10 or 11, and free Split bets on all Pair, except 10s.

You can also place four optional side bets, including Any Pair, Bust It, Hot 3 and 21+3.

Lightning Blackjack

Lightning Blackjack is one of the games from Evolution's popular Lightning series where random multipliers are added to the game.

This Infinite Blackjack variant is played with an additional Lightning bet, which is 100% your bet. With this bet you can get a multiplier of between 2x and 25x on your next hand.
