Side Bet City

Are you a fan of the 1980s and also a fan of poker games? If so, you might want to check out Side Bet City from Evolution Gaming, which is a live table game that combines a Las Vegas-themed poker room with the flashing neon lights of the 1980s and an interesting live casino poker game.

The whole design of the table is about the 1980s, from the blue and pink neon lights to the novelty items on the shelves in the background and even the attire of the host. The game is simple, as you just have to bet on the number of cards to be taken into account for the outcome of the poker hand that the host might get. This game doesn't require you to actually apply any knowledge of poker, as you only need to decide if you want to play with three, five or seven cards, or you think that the host won't get any combination at all.

Where can I play Side Bet City?

You can play Side Bet City in many online casinos that offer the live table games from Evolution Gaming. Although not every casino offers access to the same tables, most offer the whole selection available from the live casino studios. Every casino has valid licenses and you can find a detailed review for each casino, providing information about the bonuses, payments and terms.

Betting on Poker Hands

Once you open the table you see four betting options at the bottom of the screen, and you can select to bet on the 3-card hand, a 5-card hand, a 7-card or an All Lose bet.
Depending on the hand that the dealer will then get, you'll get a payout. The game is played with a standard 52-card deck, and the cards are shuffled after each game round.

Side Bet City

The table is divided into three fields, the first is for three cards, and the next two are for two cards each. You can decide on how many cards you wish to bet, either three five or seven, on which you think will produce a winning hand. For example, if you bet on the three card hand, the first three cards will be relevant to your result, if you bet on five, the next two cards will be added to the result, and if you bet on all seven cards, every card on the table will be taken into account for the result. Each of these options have different payouts and probabilities of landing a winning hand.

If you think that none of these will result in any combination you can bet on All Lose, which pays 0.7:1.

You can see the payouts by hovering over the stakes in the top left corner of the screen or in the help section for the game.
