EveryMatrix White-Label Casinos no longer accept UK players
On the 5th of September, the UK gambling Commission suspended the license from EveryMatrix and carry out an investigation of the company's compliance regarding customer interaction. This meant that the company's casinos no longer could accept bets or deposits from players from the United Kingdom, although existing players can still login and withdraw their funds.
Although the suspension was temporary, and EveryMatrix said that they would do their best to assist in the investigation and take a closer look at their procedures, they have today announced that they are going to withdraw their B2C operations completely from the UK casino market. Following the suspension of the license, the company now considers their white label business irreparably damaged.
EveryMatrix has been operating their white label casino business since 2014 and since gained many partners, including Jetbull, Dragonara Casino, PlayFrank and many others.
The CEO of EveryMatrix, Ebbe Groes, stated that they "respect the UKGC's decision" of the suspension, but "regret the impact" the suspension had on the loyal players.
The license suspension doesn't affect their B2B software provision license, and the company is committed to maintaining their leading market position in the sector. Their B2B services include the CasinoEngine platform, OddsMatrix sports betting solutions, GamMatrix for game management, MoneyMatrix for Payments and PartnerMatrix for affiliates. Operators who use any or all of these products will continue to being able to offer their service to the UK-market, as they have their own licenses from the UK Gambling Commission.
